Fees

Counselling

I offer individual counselling for adults (18+). This can be time limited sessions (6-12) or for as long as required (open ended). Each session lasts for 50 minutes, usually at the same time on the same day each week although I may be able to offer some flexibility. You can choose to stop your sessions at any time.

I offer concessions for student counsellors, as well as for NHS, emergency services and Military Personnel.

Couples and relationship therapy

I offer relationship therapy to adult couples of all ages and genders, as well as family relationships, such as mother/daughter.

Telephone introduction 15 minutes  - complementary

Assessment – 60-90 mins - £85

Sessions - £85 per hour – (Cash in advance or at start of session)

Block of four hours - £310 – (bank transfer in advance)

Block of six hours- £485 – (bank transfer in advance)

Please note: Blocks of sessions are paid in advance and are non-refundable. The time can be spent on a 60-minute session or a longer session. However, if a session finishes early, the remaining time can be ‘banked’ for use in another session.

Hypnotherapy

I offer hypnotherapy to adults only. Sessions are typical weekly and last for 50 – 60 minutes.

In person initial Consultation – 30 minutes  - Complementary

Hypnotherapy Session - £70 Payment (Cash in advance or at start of session)

Smoking cessation £160 (cash paid in advance or at start of session)

Supervision

Clinical Supervision for counsellors and trainee counsellors.
